Sea-R.O., Inc. Technical Services division offers a wide range of field services from consultation, design, installations, diagnostic troubleshooting, and scheduled maintenance contracts.
Below we have outlined the range of services available with a general description. Because almost every facility and system has unique attributes, we will customize our services to match the specific clients needs.
Consultation: Our technicians are available for travel worldwide for consultation and site evaluation for new installations, upgrades, or replacements. A consultation visit is extremely beneficial in almost every project and will insure that the equipment provided is the best possible design for the application.
Design: Once a site evaluation has been conducted, either by a consultation visit or through correspondence, we will provide a detailed, concise technical proposal complete with drawings and diagrams of our proposed design. A detailed budgetary quotation is also provided with initial costs plus anticipated cost of operation.
Installations: Our technicians are skilled in system installations and have the necessary plumbing and electrical skills to insure a system is properly installed for best performance and operation. We generally work together with the local trades and the plant operator to insure the operator is very familiar with all aspects of the installation. Also, due to local law and immigration requirements, in International projects, it is the clients responsibility to arrange for any necessary work visas. Diagnostic Troubleshooting: Our technicians are familiar with all brands of desalination systems and we pride ourselves in problem solving. We will provide thorough system testing, identify any problem found, and provide a resolution. We provide a detailed report of all system functions including membrane performance and water quality and electrical testing.
Scheduled Maintenance Contracts: We provide a scheduled maintenance service, usually quarterly to assist the plant operator in important maintenance functions. Scheduled lubrication, seal and valve replacement, full performance testing and chemical cleaning of membranes can be performed during these service calls. Highly recommended, these contracts and preventative maintenance are the key in the long, efficient, economical operation of a desalination plant.
